Section 410 ILCS 37/20 - Penalty(a) Any owner who fails or refuses to comply with the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a petty offense. (b) Any owner convicted of violating the provisions of this Act shall be subject to a conviction for succeeding offenses for each day he or she fails or refuses to comply with the provisions of this Act.
