Section 410 ILCS 720/60 - Registration fee(a) By January 1, 2023, and by January 1 of each year thereafter, each covered manufacturer and manufacturer program operator shall register with the Agency and submit to the Agency a $2,500 registration fee.(b) All fees collected under this Section must be deposited in the Solid Waste Management Fund to be used solely for the administration of this Act.Added by P.A. 102-1055,§ 60, eff. 6/10/2022.
