Section 410 ILCS 705/55-60 - Suspension or revocation of a license(a) The Department of Financial and Professional Regulation or the Department of Agriculture may suspend or revoke a license for a violation of this Act or a rule adopted in accordance with this Act by the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.(b) The Department of Agriculture and the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation may suspend or revoke an agent identification card for a violation of this Act or a rule adopted in accordance with this Act.Added by P.A. 101-0027,§ 55-60, eff. 6/25/2019.
