Section 410 ILCS 415/2

For the purposes of this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, the terms used in this Act shall have the following meanings ascribed to them:

(a) "Cancer" means all malignant neoplasms, regardless of the tissue of origin, including malignant lymphoma and leukemia in human beings;

(b) "Department" means the Illinois Department of Public Health;

(d)[sic] "Person" means any individual, partnership, corporation or association.
