Section 410 ILCS 410/3 - (Text of Section after amendment by P.A. 101-588) Alzheimer's Disease Research, Care, and Support Fund(a) There is created the Alzheimer's Disease Research, Care, and Support Fund, a special fund in the State Treasury.(b) The Department of Public Health shall deposit any donations received for the program created pursuant to this Act in the Alzheimer's Disease Research, Care, and Support Fund.(c) The General Assembly may appropriate moneys in the Alzheimer's Disease Research, Care, and Support Fund to the Department of Public Health for the purpose of complying with the requirements under Section 3.2 of this Act.Amended by P.A. 101-0609,§ 5, eff. 1/1/2020.Amended by P.A. 101-0588,§ 15, eff. 1/1/2020.
