Section 70 ILCS 200/25-15 - Creation of Committee(a) The Community Building Complex Committee of Boone County is created as a political subdivision, body politic, and municipal corporation.(b) The principal office of the Committee shall be in Boone County. P.A. 90-328, eff. 1/1/1998.
