Section 70 ILCS 200/2-10 - Lawsuits; common seal(a) The Authority may sue and be sued in its corporate name but execution shall not in any case issue against any property of the Authority.(b) The Authority may adopt a common seal and change the same at its pleasure. P.A. 90-328, eff. 1/1/1998.
