Section 65 ILCS 5/11-66-8 - Full report of receipts and expenditures

The board of directors of a municipal coliseum shall make a full report of receipts and expenditures to the corporate authorities annually on or before July first of each year, and annually, prior to the passage of the annual appropriation ordinance and tax levy ordinance by the corporate authorities, shall report and certify to the corporate authorities the amount of money appropriated by them for the ensuing year, and the items thereof, and the amount of money necessary to be raised by taxation for the maintenance of the municipal coliseum.
