Section 5 ILCS 90/10 - Duties; report(a) The Gender-Neutral Statutes Commission shall consult with the Legislative Reference Bureau and other interested parties on the fiscal impact and other consequences of undertaking a comprehensive effort to make the Illinois Compiled Statutes gender neutral. (b) The Gender-Neutral Statutes Commission shall report its findings to the General Assembly by January 15, 2004. Added by P.A. 093-0350, § 10, eff. 7/24/2003.
