Section 5 ILCS 165/2 - Standards for copies In order to be acceptable for filing, reproduced copies shall conform to the following standards:
(a) be facsimiles of the official form, produced by photo-offset, photoengraving, photocopying, or other similar reproduction process;(b) be on paper of substantially the same weight and texture and of a quality at least as good as that used in the official form;(c) substantially duplicate the colors of the official form;(d) have a high degree of legibility, both as to the original form and as to matter filled in; the agency with which a report is required to be filed may reject any illegible reproduction and reject any process which fails to meet this standard;(e) be on paper perforated in the same manner as the official form; and(f) be of the same size as the official form, both as to the dimensions of the paper and the image produced.Amended by P.A. 099-0642,§ 30, eff. 7/28/2016.
