Section 30 ILCS 757/10 - Eligible CostsGrant money awarded under this Act shall be used as follows:
(1) a stipend of $7.50 per hour for learning activities and at least minimum wage for meaningful work experience for a maximum of 200 hours per participating youth, to be paid over a 10-week period;(2) to provide salary for supervisors for each summer program;(3) supportive services, including but not limited to transportation and child care; and(4) a 10% overhead, per summer program, to provide for insurance and business necessities.Added by P.A. 096-1225,§ 10, eff. 7/23/2010.
