Effective January 1, 2016 and each January 1 thereafter, the Governor's Office of Management and Budget, in conjunction with the Illinois Single Audit Commission, shall submit to the Governor and the General Assembly a report that demonstrates the efficiencies, cost savings, and reductions in fraud, waste, and abuse as a result of the implementation of this Act and the rules adopted by the Governor's Office of Management and Budget in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
