Section 30 ILCS 105/5.792 - Attorney General Tobacco Fund

There is hereby created in the State treasury the Attorney General Tobacco Fund to be used, subject to appropriation, exclusively by the Attorney General for enforcement of the tobacco Master Settlement Agreement and for law enforcement activities of the Attorney General.
