Section 30 ILCS 590/2 - DefinitionsIn this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:
1."Department" means the Department of Central Management Services.2."State agency" means all departments, officers, commissions, boards, institutions and bodies politic and corporate of the State, including the offices of Clerk of the Supreme Court and Clerks of the Appellate Courts, the several courts of the State and the legislature, its committees or commissions.3."Child care services" means day care home or center services as defined by the Child Care Act of 1969.
