Section 20 ILCS 2310/2310-50.10 - Coordination with outside entities for grants management

To utilize the services of, and enter into necessary agreements with, outside entities for the purpose of evaluating grant applications and administration of or monitoring compliance with grant agreements. Contracts pursuant to this subsection shall not exceed 2 years in length.
