Section 20 ILCS 801/80-10 - Director and Assistant Director

The persons serving as Director and Assistant Director of Conservation on the effective date of this Act shall continue to serve, respectively, as the Director and Assistant Director of Natural Resources for the remainder of their appointed terms and until their successors are appointed and have qualified.
