Section 20 ILCS 1805/24 - Correspondence and records pertaining to office

The Adjutant General shall have charge of all correspondence and the records thereof pertaining to his office, and shall file for record all returns of troops, all reports and records of field service, drills and instruction, and of all active service performed by troops of the State in service of the State or of the United States.
