Section 20 ILCS 3105/15 - "The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act" incorporated

The provisions of "The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act", as now or hereafter amended, are hereby expressly adopted and incorporated herein as though a part of this Act, and shall apply to all administrative rules and procedures of the Board under this Act.
