Section 10 ILCS 5/2A-40 - Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago-Trustee-Time of Election

A trustee of the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago shall be elected at each general election to succeed each incumbent trustee whose term expires before the following general election.
