Section 110 ILCS 25/10 - ExclusionsThis Act does not apply to the following:
(a) Investigations conducted by and penalties imposed by a collegiate athletic association that relate solely to academic qualifications.(b) Investigations conducted solely by the institution of higher education or by the institution's association representative.
