Every order issued by the corporate authorities of a district as described in Section 32--4.14 shall state for what purpose and on what account it is issued, and shall be in the following form:
STATE OF ILLINOIS $.... No. .... To the Treasurer of .... School District, .... County, Illinois. Pay to the order of .... the sum of .... Dollars ($....) for ..... By order of the Board of Education (or Board of School Inspectors) of .... School District, .... County, Illinois. ....(President) ....(Clerk)
