Section 810 ILCS 5/9-804 - Security interest unperfected before the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 97th General AssemblyA security interest that is an unperfected security interest immediately before the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly becomes a perfected security interest:
(1) without further action, when this amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly takes effect if the applicable requirements for perfection under Article 9 as amended by this amendatory Act of the 97th General Assembly are satisfied before or at that time; or(2) when the applicable requirements for perfection are satisfied if the requirements are satisfied after that time.Added by P.A. 097-1034,§ 5, eff. 7/1/2013.
