Section 67-9404 - MILITARY EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND SERVICE - QUALIFICATIONS FOR LICENSURE

A licensing authority shall accept relevant and applicable military education, training, or service by an individual as a member of the armed forces or a veteran toward the qualifications to receive licensure. Each licensing authority shall promulgate applicable rules to implement the provisions of this section.
