Section 55-2309 - ACCESS RESTRICTIONThe operator has the right to deny the lessee access to the leased space by overlocking or other means if:
(1) The rent or other charges due from the lessee are delinquent and unpaid;(2) The leased space is being used for residential or other unlawful purposes; or(3) The lessee fails to vacate the leased space after the rental agreement is terminated or not renewed in accordance with its terms.[55-2309, added 2020 , ch. 144, sec. 6 , p. 446.]Amended by 2024 Session Laws, ch. 244,sec. 5, eff. 7/1/2024.Added by 2020 Session Laws, ch. 144, sec. 6, eff. 7/1/2020.
