Section 54-5013 - CERTIFICATE EXPIRATION - RENEWAL - REINSTATEMENT(1) Certificates of competency shall expire twenty-four (24) calendar months from the date of issue, or on the last day of the month of the certification period, unless renewed as provided in this section, or unless sooner revoked or suspended.(2) Renewal of a certificate may be requested within sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date. Any certificate which has expired may be revived at any time within one (1) year from the first day of the final month of the certification period, by payment of a thirty-five dollar ($35.00) revival fee in addition to the full renewal fee, and if any, all outstanding civil penalties, permits or other fees and penalties.(3) Any person whose certificate has been revoked may, after the expiration of one (1) year from the date of such revocation, but not before, apply for a new certificate.
