Section 54-2080 - RECORDS - DISCLOSURE TO PUBLIC

Records kept in the office of the commission under authority of this chapter and chapter 18, title 55, Idaho Code, shall be open to public inspection as provided in chapter 1, title 74, Idaho Code.
