Section 45-312 - LIST OF LIENS IN FARM CROPS(1) The secretary of state shall publish a list of all presently effective notices of claim of lien in farm crops. The list shall be distributed to all persons who register therefor, on a schedule to be set by administrative rule of the secretary of state, but not less frequently than semimonthly.(2) The list shall be published in a format established by administrative rule of the secretary of state, and may be in either complete form or in cumulative supplements to a complete list.[45-312, added 1989, ch. 359, sec. 2, p. 903.]
