Section 41-6101 - SHORT TITLE

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Idaho Health Insurance Exchange Act."

Added by 2013 Session Laws, ch. 170,sec. 1, eff. 3/28/2013, unless the Federal Department of Health and Human Services and/or the U.S. Congress change both the establishment date and the eligibility limitation date for the exchange.
