Section 41-4946 - ACTIONS AGAINST THE FUND, THE BOARD, ITS EMPLOYEES, AND ADMINISTRATOR SUBJECT TO THE IDAHO TORT CLAIMS ACT

Any action against the fund, the board, its employees, and the administrator shall be subject in full to the Idaho tort claims act under chapter 9, title 6, Idaho Code.
