Section 39-4202 - COMPLIANCENo manufacturer shall sell or offer for sale within this state:
(1) Any new recreational vehicle that is not manufactured in compliance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1192 Standard for Recreational Vehicles; or(2) Any new park model recreational vehicle that is not manufactured in compliance with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) A119.5 Standards for Recreational Park Trailers.[39-4202, added 1995, ch. 267, sec. 15, p. 865; am. 2017, ch. 134, sec. 2, p. 313.]Amended by 2017 Session Laws, ch. 134,sec. 2, eff. 7/1/2017.
