Section 30-30-401 - ADMISSION OF MEMBERS(1) The articles or bylaws may establish criteria or procedures for admission of members.(2) No person shall be admitted as a member without his or her consent.(3) No person who is not an incorporator shall become a member of a cooperative corporation unless such person shall agree to use services furnished by the corporation when such service shall be available through its facilities.[30-30-401, added 2015, ch. 243, sec. 77, p. 975.]Added by 2015 Session Laws, ch. 243,sec. 77, eff. 7/1/2015.
