Idaho Code § 30-30-101

Section 30-30-101 - SHORT TITLE

This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Idaho Nonprofit Corporation Act" and shall apply to any type of lawful nonprofit corporation formed under the provisions of this act or other laws of this state.
