Section 30-24-809 - LIABILITY OF GENERAL PARTNER AND PERSON DISSOCIATED AS GENERAL PARTNER WHEN CLAIM AGAINST LIMITED PARTNERSHIP BARRED

If a claim against a dissolved limited partnership is barred under section 30-24-806, 30-24-807 or 30-24-808, Idaho Code, any corresponding claim under section 30-24-404 or 30-24-607, Idaho Code, is also barred.
