Idaho Code § 30-14-301

Section 30-14-301 - SECURITIES REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT

It is unlawful for a person to offer or sell a security in this state unless:

(a) The security is a federal covered security;

(b) The security, transaction or offer is exempted from registration under sections 30-14-201 through 30-14-203, Idaho Code; or

(c) The security is registered under this chapter.
