Section 22-3406A - RESPONSIBILITIES OF CHEMICAL SUPPLIERS

Any person who supplies or sells at retail a chemical and who knows or has reason to know that the chemical will be applied by chemigation shall sell chemicals only to licensed chemigation applicators.
