Section 19-4501 - DEFINITIONSWhere appearing in this chapter:
(1) The term "executive authority" includes the governor, and any person performing the functions of governor in a state other than this state;(2) The term "governor" includes any person performing the functions of governor by authority of the law of this state; and(3) The term "state" refers to a state other than this state, and includes any other state or territory, organized or unorganized, of the United States of America.[(19-4501) 1927, ch. 29, sec. 1, p. 31; I.C.A., sec. 19-4601; am. 2008, ch. 136, sec. 1, p. 386.]
