Effective upon the admission of the State of Hawaii into the Union--
(a) the last paragraph of section 501 of title 28, United States Code, is repealed;(b) the first sentence of subsection (a) of section 504 of title 28, United States Code, is amended by striking out at the end thereof the words ", except in the district of Hawaii, where the term shall be six years";(c) the first sentence of subsection (c) of section 541 of title 28, United States Code, is amended by striking out at the end thereof the words ", except in the district of Hawaii where the term shall be six years"; and(d) subsection (d) of section 541 of title 28, United States Code is repealed.
