Section 658J-14 - Recording of hearing(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) an arbitration hearing need not be recorded unless: (1) Otherwise required by law of this State other than this chapter;(2) Required by the arbitrator;(3) Provided by the arbitration agreement; or(4) Requested by a party.(b) An arbitrator shall require a verbatim recording be made of any part of an arbitration hearing concerning a child-related dispute.Added by L 2017, c 113,§ 1, eff. 7/10/2017.
