Haw. Rev. Stat. § 356D-101
Current through Chapter 253 of the 2024 Legislative Session
The authority may make and pay gifts or donations of money directly to any county. Any county may receive the gifts or donations as a general fund realization, and expend the funds for any purpose authorized by law.
