Section 342J-37 - Complaints; hearings; appointment of mastersThe director may:
(1) Receive or initiate complaints, hold hearings, and institute legal proceedings in the name of the State for prevention, control, or abatement of hazardous waste pollution; and(2) Appoint a master or masters to conduct investigations and hearings.
