Section 326-25 - Accounts, reports

The department of health shall keep an accurate and detailed account of all sums of money expended by it. The department shall report to the legislature at its regular sessions, such expenditures in detail, together with such information regarding Hansen's disease as it may deem to be of interest to the public.
