Section 150A-4 - Effect on department of land and natural resources and the department of health

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to amend or alter the functions, duties, and powers of the department of land and natural resources and the department of health relative to chapters 171, 183D, 187A, 197, 321, and 328.
