Section 124B-148 - Failure to obey order, regulation, or rule Any person subject to this chapter who:
(1) Violates or fails to obey any lawful general order, regulation, or rule;(2) Having knowledge of any other lawful order issued by a member of the state military forces, that it is that person's duty to obey, fails to obey the order; or(3) Is derelict in the performance of that person's duties, shall be punished as directed by a court-martial.Added by L 2022, c 286,§ 2, eff. 1/1/2023.
