Section 86A-8 - [See note for recodification] Application for examinations; payment of feeEach applicant for an examination shall:
(1) Make application to the Board on forms prepared and furnished by the Board, and the application shall contain proof under applicant's oath of the particular qualifications of the applicant. All applications for examination must be filed with the Board at least 30 days prior to the actual taking of such examination by applicants;(2) Pay to the Board the required fee.Recodified (codification pending) as 86B-14by 2022 N.C.
