Section 143B-800 - Creation of Division of Juvenile Justice of the Department of Public SafetyThere is hereby created and constituted a division to be known as the "Division of Juvenile Justice of the Department of Public Safety", with the organization, powers, and duties as set forth in this Article or as prescribed by the Director of the Division of Juvenile Justice.
