Section 127B-35 - Action by Attorney General(a) Civil Action. - The Attorney General may commence a civil action against any person that violates any provision of this Article.(b) Remedies. - The court may order any of the following remedies:(2) Payment of restitution to a servicemember in the amount of money unlawfully received from, or required to be refunded to, the servicemember.(3) Any other remedy provided under Chapter 75 of the General Statutes.(c) Civil Penalty. - The court may assess a civil penalty not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) per violation. The clear proceeds of civil penalties imposed pursuant to this section shall be remitted to the Civil Penalty and Forfeiture Fund in accordance with G.S.115C-457.2.N.C. Gen. Stat. § 127B-35
