Section 7-323n - [Effective 7/1/2025] Office of State Fire Administration The Division of State Fire Services Administration within the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection shall:
(1) Carry out the provisions of this part; (2) administer the state's responsibilities under federal laws relevant to fire service; (3) develop a master plan for fire prevention and control; and (4) carry out any other function which the commission may devise. Conn. Gen. Stat. § 7-323n
