Section 52-655 - Connecticut Interstate Depositions and Discovery Act

Sections 44 to 49, inclusive, of this act, may be cited as the "Connecticut Interstate Depositions and Discovery Act".

Added by P.A. 22-0026,S. 44 of the Connecticut Acts of the 2022 Regular Session, eff. 7/1/2023, app. to any request for discovery in an action pending on or filed on or after said date.
