Section 46b-476 - Acknowledgment of parentage may be signed

A person who gave birth to a child and an alleged genetic parent of the child, a presumed parent under section 36 of this act, or an intended parent under sections 51 to 59, inclusive, of this act may sign an acknowledgment of parentage to establish the parentage of the child.
