Section 4-124kk - American Rescue Plan Act funds; use by Office of Workforce Strategy

The Office of Workforce Strategy may expend funds received by the state pursuant to the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 for the purpose of supporting workforce development initiatives in accordance with state and federal law.
